There are two main routes by road between London and Birmingham. Both are accessible via the M25.
M1/M6:
From either central London or the M25 (junction 21), head North on the M1. At junction 19 on M1, turn off onto the M6, northbound towards Birmingham. At junction 6 (Spaghetti Junction), turn off and follow signs for City Centre (A38(M)).
M40/M42/M6:
From either central London or the M25 (junction 16), head West on the M40. At junction 17 on M40, keep left and follow signs for M42 North. At junction 7 of the M42, turn off onto M6 Northbound (Birmingham). At junction 6 (Spaghetti Junction), turn off and follow signs for City Centre (A38(M)).
