About Me | Jouke Visser has used Perl for just about every programming task in the past decade. In 2001 he started working on pVoice, an application that enables people with severe physical disabilities who cannot speak to communicate. He has written several articles for Perl.com, is a regular speaker at YAPCs and other conferences and published 13 modules on CPAN.
